　　作文題：For this part, you are allowed thirty minutes towrite a composition on the topics Is a Test of Spoken English Necessary? The first sentence has already been written for you. You should write at least 100 words, and base your compositionon the outline given in Chinese below:

　　說(shuō)明利弊型作文是以某一事物的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)為文章的主要內(nèi)容，最終以考生的評(píng)論或者觀點(diǎn)作為全文的結(jié)論。在說(shuō)明事物的利弊時(shí)，應(yīng)該注意條理性。比如我們可以使用對(duì)比法或是枚舉法中的句型來(lái)展開(kāi)短文。在文章的最后一段表明個(gè)人的態(tài)度或者看法的時(shí)候，也能提供相應(yīng)的理由或者一些揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短的方法來(lái)減少事物的負(fù)面影響。
　　這類型的作文的寫(xiě)作可以采用以下的模式：
　　第一部分：引言。說(shuō)明標(biāo)題中涉及的某一事物或現(xiàn)象；
