職位：培訓助理（實習生）
學歷要求：本科或碩士在讀， 管理/金融/經濟學/保險/人力資源/語言專業(yè)
職責描述：
1. 公司內外部培訓組織安排、現場支持及后期跟進；
2. 培訓記錄系統(tǒng)維護，培訓報告整理，培訓文檔撰寫；
3. Portal上培訓信息的發(fā)布及更新，培訓快訊編輯；
4. 為OD部門提供必要的行政支持。
能力要求：
1. 熟練使用MS Office軟件；
2. 英語6級水平；
3. 認真負責，具有較強的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調能力。
