于1963年發(fā)源于美國(guó)的SEO(Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) 是一家非盈利性組織，其宗旨是向優(yōu)秀的少數(shù)裔學(xué)生提供在投資銀行、律師事務(wù)所和其他全球公司的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。

2006 年，曾受益于該項(xiàng)目的曹嘉泰（Thomas G. Tsao）先生將SEO引入中國(guó)，成立了SEO China, 向中國(guó)以及部分海外學(xué)生提供風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)并建立各屆實(shí)習(xí)生間緊密的關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)。經(jīng)過(guò)六年的發(fā)展，SEO China歷屆校友現(xiàn)已分布在國(guó)內(nèi)外的公司企業(yè)，涉及行業(yè)包括投資銀行、私募基金、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資、咨詢公司、律師事務(wù)所、會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所以及其他全球的公司。

[實(shí)習(xí)公司 – 戈壁合伙人]

戈壁合伙人有限公司是一家成立于2002年的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司，其總部及創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化中心設(shè)在上海，并在北京、香港、天津以及新加坡等地設(shè)有辦事處。作為一家中國(guó)的關(guān)注于國(guó)內(nèi)早期數(shù)字媒體和技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的投資公司，戈壁管理著四支基金，共計(jì)超過(guò)3億美元。

[實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目]

在為期兩個(gè)月的暑期實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目中，你將有機(jī)會(huì)：

1.參與到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司運(yùn)營(yíng)的各個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)

2.獲得最新的科技、電信和數(shù)字媒體領(lǐng)域市場(chǎng)信息并進(jìn)行行業(yè)、公司研究

3.了解初創(chuàng)公司并與創(chuàng)業(yè)者交流

4.學(xué)習(xí)哈佛商學(xué)院有關(guān)戈壁投資運(yùn)營(yíng)的商業(yè)案例

5.組織和參加慈善活動(dòng)

1.優(yōu)異的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和出眾的研究分析能力

2.對(duì)科技、電信、數(shù)字媒體、金融、管理、私募和風(fēng)投的強(qiáng)烈興趣

3.具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、進(jìn)取精神和社會(huì)責(zé)任感

4.本科二年級(jí)或以上，研究生一年級(jí)或以上

5.英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)、寫作流利

[Criteria & Requirements]

1.Excellent academic records with outstanding research and analytical skills.

2.Strong interests in TMT, finance, management, PE, VC and passions for entrepreneurship.

3.Team player, strong initiative and social responsibility

4.Second year or above in undergraduate study or first year or above in postgraduate study

5.Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
