Main task: Support on HRC4 China Outbound
- Assist China outbound working visa coordination with RG/HRL and C/HMI5 and
be back up
- Administration support i.e. Info. trip travel coordination, internal order s
et up, language course payment and cost reimbursement , intercultural trainin
g arrangement etc.
- Support in assignment contract draft, country specific information package p
reparation, moving & insurance coordination
- Data maintenance in Global Assignment Management for STA part
- Ad hoc query by HRC4 section manager
- depending on interns qualification, support on HRC4 policy and process opt
imization
Requirements:
1.majoring in Accounting, Business Administration and HR is preferred;
2.Good spoken and written English; Strong data analytical skills, problem solv
ing, being detail-oriented,
3.Good team player, problem solver and sense of responsibilities.
4.Internship for 6 months
Location: Shanghai, Changning district, No 333 Fuquan Road(2號(hào)線(xiàn)淞虹路站)
Payment: bachelor--115 RMB/Day (Before Tax)
master--145 RMB/Day (Before Tax)
