銷售部實(shí)習(xí)生 Sales Intern（support Area Sales Manager）

Job title: Sales Intern
Work time: at least 4 days per week
Work Place: 23F, Tianan Building, No338. West Nanjing Road

Responsibility:
To collect weekly sales report from each SR and complete the summary;
To complete distributer sell-out report and fulfill monthly forecast accordingly;
To update retailers/shops information;
To handle and check reimbursement for all Sales Managers and Sales Representatives;
To coordinate monthly area sales meeting and quarterly national sales meeting;
To coordinate the interface between sales team and other departments in Headquarter;
To assist Sales Director with all function related work.

Requirement:
Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated and excellent communication skills;
Good English skill (oral/written);
Good computer skills, especially EXCEL;
At least 3 days per week including every Monday;
Could work for long period, at least 4 months
Prefer previous intern experience;
Prefer senior or graduate students.
