Commercial Support intern職位描述：
Position/ Reporting lines:
• Commercial Support intern reports to commercial support leader.

• Interfaces
- Logistic responsible / PMs/ ABB supplier abroad / Finance
- Forwarder/Broker
- D&B company
- Sales / Sales assistant

Responsibilities:
• Inbound/outbound shipment arrangement including monitoring on-the-way shipment, collecting documents for customs clearance, updating shipment log.
• Prepare document for CIT Payment
• Assist on invoice process including invoice application check, interface with PM/CA to issue invoice on time and also VAT invoice check
• Reponsible for D&B report history check, new D&B Report purchasing and arrange corresponding payment.
Profile:
• Financial /commercial background, structured and result oriented with focus on processes
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Fluent in English in speaking and writing
• Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
• Education: Business Administration, Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
