Finance Intern – 6 Months (Zhangjiang Hi-tech park, Shanghai):

JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL SUMMARY:

We seek an intern to assist the Finance department in day-to-day activities. This intern will report to China Finance Manager.

This internship would give the intern valuable, real-world experience, as well as providing the Finance team with additional administrative support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· 處理付款，包括外幣支付等

· 負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)稅務(wù)申報(bào)資料的準(zhǔn)備，并提交稅務(wù)局；負(fù)責(zé)退稅資料的準(zhǔn)備和提交；營(yíng)業(yè)稅的reconciliation

· 負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)收賬款的銷(xiāo)賬

· 處理inter-company的Debit Note, Cross-charge，等

· 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)和財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理處理其它基本財(cái)務(wù)事宜

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Bachelor, Finance / Accounting or relative majors, be interested in Finance function with passion

· Able to work at least 4 days per week

· Excellent communication skills essential

· Familiar of using Microsoft Office
