Duties & Responsibilities
CCD is seeking a talented junior to work on a range of projects and multi-faceted marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will be assisting in performing the tasks of negotiate pricing, pre-selecting options to present to the department head and maintaining budgets for the event.
Key duties include:
• Assist in planning and executing corporate, PR and marketing events
• Coordinate all elements of media appearances and interviews dealing with a spokesperson and/or models
• Provide written projects updates that communicate effectiveness of campaigns, new projects and ideas to be reviewed with department heads
• Provide support to China MSD as needed (e.g., photo shoots, proofreading, editing, research and statistics, etc.)
• Assist with monthly employee newsletter, quarterly customer newsletter, print material and websites updates
• Collaborate with creative staff and external vendors as needed, including video production crew, video editors, graphic designers, photographers, printers, etc. to ensure timely and cost effective completion of initiatives.
• Write samples/published articles requested upon application in English and Chinese
Assist with other projects and duties as assigned

• Senior undergraduate student or graduate student, major in English, communications, journalism is preferred, TV program producing interest and experience is mostly preferred.
• A positive attitude and a great work ethic; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English with the ability to present information clearly, concisely and creatively.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
• Be familiar with editing software Adobe Premiere a plus
•Knowledge of social media – communications techniques, podcasting, streaming, video, is preferred
