自2012年12月份考試起，鄭州已設(shè)立ACCA特殊考點(diǎn)。請仔細(xì)閱讀以下報(bào)考步驟，并下載《2012年12月考試鄭州特殊考點(diǎn)報(bào)名委托書》（文件下載）。2012年12月份考試報(bào)名截止日期為9月5日（周三）。
鄭州特殊考點(diǎn)報(bào)考步驟介紹：
1. 仔細(xì)閱讀報(bào)名委托書，如需報(bào)考鄭州特殊考點(diǎn)，請用圓珠筆或水筆填寫該表格，并簽名確認(rèn)。ACCA方向班學(xué)生請聯(lián)系A(chǔ)CCA項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)老師進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一報(bào)名。
2. 就近前往中國銀行辦理相應(yīng)數(shù)額的考試費(fèi)用的匯票(在匯票正面右上角用鉛筆寫上拼音名字和學(xué)員號碼)。
辦理方法：憑身份證到有外匯業(yè)務(wù)和英鎊匯票業(yè)務(wù)的中國銀行辦理換匯和匯票業(yè)務(wù)。其中"匯款回單"中左上方請選擇"票匯D/D",在"收款人"一欄中只要填入ACCA的全稱（THE ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS) 或 簡稱(ACCA) 即可。注：辦理票匯不需要填寫英國的賬號信息。
3. 將考試報(bào)名委托書和銀行匯票一并快遞到ACCA上海代表處，報(bào)名截止日期為2012年9月5日，逾期不再接受。代表處工作人員收到報(bào)名信息后會(huì)通過電話或者E-mail確認(rèn)，若沒有收到確認(rèn)，也可以在快遞發(fā)出兩天以后致電ACCA上海代表處查詢(021-63916777轉(zhuǎn)分機(jī)14)。
4. 報(bào)考鄭州特殊考點(diǎn)的學(xué)員除需要繳納考試費(fèi)外，還需要繳納考場服務(wù)費(fèi)。具體金額及繳費(fèi)方法如下。英國在您的準(zhǔn)考證中會(huì)注明考場具體地點(diǎn)及考試座位安排，請注意查看。
