Key Responsibilities :

To support legal representative/chief officer change of Retail Hangzhou 25%
To support legal representative/chief officer change of ExB 25%
To support registered capital increase for Best Buy Shanghai, Ltd 30%
To support the day to day administrative work of Legal including legal documents management 20%

Requirements:
1> Good interpersonal communication skills
2> Good command of English (CET-6 at least)
3> Bachelor degree and above, Master preferred, major in Law Profession
4> Pass Chinese Bar Examination is an advantage
5> 4 days per week is least. 5 days per week is preferred.at least 6 months
