PRO Program
Procurement Rotation Opportunity (PRO) is one of the early career development programs that Honeywell intend to build with intensive orientation & rotation opportunity on Procurement focus, specialized in Supply Chain, to accelerate the development of Procurement focus & specialized in Supply Chain professionals with Bachelors degree/above and leadership potential. It is initiated from Procurement function by providing assignments with best understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain.
This is a 3-year program with 3 intensive and meaningful rotations assignment/work experiences in which goals are established for significant learning, each rotation for 12 months period with possible relocation at different cities in China. It allows you to learn Procurement service and delivery, integrated supply chain operational specialize in planning, supplier quality, as well as project management focus such as NPI, commodity management.

Overview Description
This buyer position works in Corporate Procurement. Corporate Procurement supports Corporate and business groups in their synergized sourcing and purchasing needs. This team stretch to deliver outsourced goods and services at the time and price expected by business needs. Corporate Procurement inspires team work, compliance, and stretch for business goals.

The Role / Job
This buyer position works independently to achieve the productivity and AWPOT goals. By stretching to reach the goals set forth, the buyer is expected to deliver the results per the business needs and expectations, meanwhile in compliance with Code of Conduct/ Legal Requirements / Finance Requirements. The buyer will receive little instruction on day-to-day work, however will work per the general instruction on the policies/rules/guidelines/processes and new assignment expectations. The buyer is expected to be an individual contributor who based on the performance can be expelling in the procurement function.

Qualifications – External
Knowledge Required
Bachelor degree is mandatory with strong communication skills to cover xSBG needs. This buyer is expected to be strong team player, be able to understand the variable requirements and expectations, be able to communicate our functional processes and policies, be able to engage end users dealing with suppliers to gain better deal for Honeywell. This buyer is expected to have strong computer skill for data analysis; very detail for documentation compliance and records; good in logic to work out solutions for win-win.
