We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Call Center Agent CMB HBCN.

In this role, you will:

To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling To explore new business opportunity through cold calls To handle customer feedback

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

University graduate (recognized by the state) Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice Good command of spoken English and Mandarin Logical thinking and good presentation skills Basic PC knowledge
