工作職責(zé)：
Job Responsibilities
協(xié)助顧問完成獵頭項(xiàng)目操作,在顧問的指導(dǎo)下，進(jìn)行中高端職位的人才尋訪和評(píng)價(jià)推薦：
Assist consultants in operating the headhunting project, and search and recommend talents under the guidance of consultants:
1、實(shí)施顧問制定的尋訪計(jì)劃，通過專業(yè)渠道快速尋訪候選人；
Implement search plans worked out by consultants，and search prospective candidates through specific channels；
2、進(jìn)行初步評(píng)估，將合適的候選人推薦給顧問；
Preliminarily evaluate the candidates and recommend appropriate ones to consultants；
3、了解候選人的發(fā)展需求，提供專業(yè)的職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)。
Understand the career development needs of candidates, and provide them professional career plan guidance.
職位要求：
Job Requirements
1、 統(tǒng)招全日制本科應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；
Fresh graduates;
2、 CET4及以上，良好的英文讀寫能力；
CET4 and above, good English reading and writing ability；
3、 較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力，勤奮踏實(shí)，突出的堅(jiān)韌性、抗壓性和責(zé)任心；
Good communicative skills；diligent，perseverant and responsible； can work under pressure；
4、 有意向在獵頭領(lǐng)域長期發(fā)展者優(yōu)先；

職位二：獵頭BD
工作職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)獵頭業(yè)務(wù)客戶開發(fā)，了解客戶潛在人才需求，達(dá)成委托招聘協(xié)議，并維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系
2、根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)定位，收集市場信息并開展?jié)撛诳蛻糸_發(fā)活動(dòng)； 根據(jù)客戶的招聘需求，進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目評(píng)估與可行性分析,與客戶和獵頭顧問一起制定招聘策略并提供招聘方案以及甄選流程；
3、充分了解企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃等，就招聘崗位的職位說明書與企業(yè)認(rèn)真溝通；運(yùn)用自身對(duì)行業(yè)的深入了解，為客戶的招聘需求提供指導(dǎo)性意見建議；
4、負(fù)責(zé)完成目標(biāo)客戶的聯(lián)系和洽談（對(duì)象主要是500強(qiáng)企業(yè)HR）；
5、負(fù)責(zé)完成整個(gè)獵頭項(xiàng)目流程，包括項(xiàng)目價(jià)值評(píng)估，客戶溝通，搜尋人才。
職位要求：

職位三：助理獵頭顧問/獵頭顧問Assistant Consultant /Consultant
工作職責(zé)：
Job Duties:
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)獵頭項(xiàng)目的具體推進(jìn)和執(zhí)行；
Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;
2、開發(fā)及拓展客戶，正確理解客戶需求；
Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;
3、進(jìn)行職位分析，制定詳細(xì)的尋訪方案和選擇尋訪渠道；
Analyze the job descriptions, work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels;
4、通過面試篩選優(yōu)秀的候選人，向客戶提供推薦意見；
Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to clients;
5、協(xié)調(diào)候選人與客戶公司之間的面試安排，并跟進(jìn)反饋；
Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;
6、與候選人進(jìn)行Offer談判。
Negotiate with candidates about Offers.
