職位描述

Job responsibilities: Establish planned preventative Maintenance (PPM) on facilities for the bank, ensure all maintenance contracts are executed efficiently. 
建立總行和各分支行的設(shè)施維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，保證各維保工作高效執(zhí)行 Support branch/sub-branches with the implementation of PPM and other facility related issues. 
協(xié)助分行實(shí)施設(shè)施維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，對(duì)設(shè)施相關(guān)問(wèn)題提供支持 
Co-ordinate the rectification of defects related to facilities, and ensures the fulfillment of property service goals. 
對(duì)設(shè)備存在的缺陷進(jìn)行整改，保證設(shè)施服務(wù)的目標(biāo)順利完成 Conduct regular inspections on bank's facilities and environments, give improvement proposals. 
定期檢查銀行設(shè)備及環(huán)境，提出改進(jìn)建議 Assist in project, relocation management works. 
協(xié)助管理裝修、搬家等活動(dòng) Maintenance contracts renew and vendor performance management 
及時(shí)更新維保合同，管理維保供應(yīng)商 Tracking all operation fees related to facilities, find out saving opportunities. 
管理設(shè)備相關(guān)的運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用，尋找節(jié)約的可能性 Maintain updated as-built drawings. 
保持圖紙的及時(shí)更新。 
Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering, or building services engineering related major. Minimum 8 years' facility management experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
