Overview
We would like to hire some fresh graduates who have overseas education background, willing to work in Guangzhou,China

Senior Software Engineer, Java
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and provide IT solutions to meet business requirements
Design and develop IT solutions according to established standards and best practices.
Arrange and conduct testing to ensure the quality of deliver-ables
Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours
Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions
Maintain a good working relationship with users
Work closely with HSBC business and IT parties to meet business objectives

Candidate Specifications:
University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline
Good command of written and oral English.
Keen and enthusiastic.
1- 5 years' experiences in supporting and developing computer applications, Java, J2SE/J2EE（Welcome excellent fresh graduates delivery）；
Unix/Linux/ So-laris /AIX/Windows, VB, XML, Database Server (Oracle, SQL, MS), Web-sphere Application Server and Java/J2EE technologies, CD gateway; or IBM Data-stage TX, Message Broker, MQ would be advantage
Good financial knowledge and business sense would be an advantage.
Strong problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.

Requirements:

3. Demonstrable methods of Test Scenario creation and Test Case Design
