Responsibility:
- Relationship Manager for 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)管理:
- Stakeholders in T&O and end-to-end customer/segment requirement 營運(yùn)科技部門內(nèi)部各方關(guān)系以及業(yè)務(wù)或客戶要求
- Solution definition, tradeoff, budget, resource planning and allocation 部門業(yè)務(wù)解決方案制定,平衡,預(yù)算,資源計劃以及分配
- Manage Demand Management or Business unit's customer service level and satisfaction 業(yè)務(wù)條線客戶服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及客戶滿意度
- Leadership role for technology and operations design for local standalone processes and systems projects 協(xié)助并管理本地公司業(yè)務(wù)科技營運(yùn)部內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行以及業(yè)務(wù)流程
- Support business process re-engineering and end-to-end process design 協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)流程再造以及端對端流程設(shè)計
- Trade-off solutions between ops and technology, develop ops & tech specifications and service level requirement 權(quán)衡營運(yùn)與科技方面影響,設(shè)計營運(yùn)和科技細(xì)則,以及相關(guān)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求
- Timely delivery of group/country projects within allocated budget and timelin 按照預(yù)算及計劃日程表,及時完成總部/中國區(qū)相關(guān)項目
- Strategic Planning & Business Analysis 戰(zhàn)略計劃以及業(yè)務(wù)需求分析
- proactively explore local collaboration opportunities, lead and consolidate business requirement 基于銀行的資源能力狀況,為科技營運(yùn)部發(fā)掘當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)合作機(jī)會
- develop customer/segment roadmap for T&O based on resource capabilitiesand limitations 參與管理協(xié)調(diào)營運(yùn)需求,制訂各個階段的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)方針
- ensure alignment to Bank and Group’s initiatives, establish organizational governanc 確保營運(yùn)部發(fā)展緊隨總部全球規(guī)劃,參與營運(yùn)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)管理
- Budgeting and tracking 預(yù)算制定以及跟蹤管理
- derive cost estimates for annual budget planning 負(fù)責(zé)年度預(yù)算估算以及計劃
- manage/track/review overall project budget, ensure cost of delivery is aligned to local industry standards 管理跟蹤并及時評估各項項目預(yù)算,確保項目成本與行業(yè)市場價格保持一致性
- Management & monitoring 業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)督協(xié)調(diào)
- proactively solicit and define business tradeoff against business requirement 預(yù)先理解并迎合業(yè)務(wù)條線需求狀況,

- act as single point of contact in managing customer service level and satisfactio 作為項目單一對外窗口,溝通了解對客戶服務(wù)水平和滿意度狀況
- jointly accountable with Demand Managers in project planning/roll-out/review, manage/track/resolve project implementation issues and project delivery 和需求經(jīng)理一起參與項目啟動,實(shí)施以及監(jiān)管,負(fù)責(zé)解決項目過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,評估項目實(shí)行狀況目參與方商議項目解決方案

Requirements
- More than 8 years' banking experience in operations management/project management/change delivery/business analyze
- In depth understanding in opeation procedure, retail banking products
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Strong skills in communication/relationship management/solution designing
- Good English communication and writting skills
