加速發(fā)展培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目(Accelerated Development Program)

加速發(fā)展培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)為期兩年的輪崗項(xiàng)目，旨在塑造英格索蘭未來(lái)的。在項(xiàng)目期間，ADP管理培訓(xùn)生將至少在兩個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行輪崗，通過(guò)不同的輪崗任務(wù)，培訓(xùn)生的核心能力得到發(fā)展，多樣化的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)得以積累，并且通過(guò)包括團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、項(xiàng)目管理、ADP入職培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí)研討會(huì)等活動(dòng)，ADP培訓(xùn)生的工作技能將不斷提升。終，ADP培訓(xùn)生將與他們的導(dǎo)師一起參與制定一份既符合個(gè)人職業(yè)意愿，又符合公司發(fā)展方向的職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃，為其在英格索蘭的成功職業(yè)生涯做準(zhǔn)備。

職位要求：

(1) 2014年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，碩士學(xué)歷;

(2) 專(zhuān)業(yè)要求：制冷與低溫，暖通;

(3) 英語(yǔ)達(dá)到CET六級(jí)及以上，熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)及各類(lèi)辦公軟件;

(4) 具有良好的人際溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛力。
