　　一、公司簡介
　　FFT集團(tuán)成立于1974年，總部位于德國富爾達(dá)，擁有超過1100人的專業(yè)工程師。
　　FFT于2004年進(jìn)軍中國市場，成立愛孚迪 (上海) 制造系統(tǒng)工程有限公司，坐落于上海的“安亭國際汽車城”，迄今為止我們已經(jīng)有超過350名的專業(yè)工程師。
　　FFT根據(jù)客戶需求，提供白車身整線系統(tǒng)的交鑰匙服務(wù)，包括項(xiàng)目管理，規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、仿真，工廠實(shí)現(xiàn)啟用，小型量產(chǎn)和啟動(dòng)支持，質(zhì)量保證和售后服務(wù)。FFT同時(shí)也提供系統(tǒng)解決方案和產(chǎn)品，包括機(jī)器人包邊，圖像處理，激光技術(shù)，涂膠和填充技術(shù)以及焊接和接縫技術(shù)。
　　The FFT Group, whose head office was founded in Fulda, Germany in1974, has more than 1100 professional engineers all over the world.
　　FFT entered the Chinese market in 2004 and established FFT Production Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which is located in the famous Anting Automobile City. Until now FFT Shanghai has more than 350 professional engineers.
　　According to the requirements of our customers, FFT offers turn-key service for the design and supply of complete systems for body in white and assembly plants. The service range includes project management, planning, design, simulation, plant implementation, pilot series and launch support, quality assurance and after sales service. FFT also offers system solutions and products, including roller hemming, image processing, laser technology, gluing and filling technology and welding and joining technology.

　　Mechanical Design Engineer 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工程師 (10名)
　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　BIW concept plan and process design
　　BIW detial design
　　Willing to learn BIW mechanical design
　　白車身焊裝線方案及工藝設(shè)計(jì)
　　白車身焊裝線詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)

　　Quality Engineer質(zhì)量工程師 (5名)
　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　According to the measuring standard, measure a fixture,
　　According to the measuring standard, make measuring reports and shim-reports.
　　Report to site QM responsible or site leader,
　　Document and handover all quality reports to site leader and team leader.
　　Analysis of supplier measurement report and find out the problem, and then report and solve the problem.
　　Supplier manufacturer schedule and quality control, and real-time reporting supplier manufacturer status
　　Support site managers to solve the problem of the quality of the scene fixture.

　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　Follow-up customer standards
　　Make robot offline programming
　　Commissioning system by pre-assembly and onsite
　　Save program by backup and handover later daily work to building site manager or team leader
　　Setting welding parameter, Tucker parameter and other application
　　Upgrade robot documentation and line instruction and handover to Building Site Manager
　　Prepare training documentation in customer standards
　　Held robot training for customer employee

　　能進(jìn)行機(jī)器人離線編程
　　能進(jìn)根據(jù)預(yù)裝配在工地的現(xiàn)場對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)試
　　通過備份和移交日常工作安排給現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理和部門主管來跟進(jìn)整個(gè)工作流程
　　設(shè)置焊接參數(shù)，螺柱焊接設(shè)備參數(shù)和其他相關(guān)應(yīng)用程序的參數(shù)
　　更新機(jī)器人相關(guān)文件和生產(chǎn)線要求并將其移交給工地經(jīng)理
　　根據(jù)客戶的要求來準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)文件
　　為客戶的員工組織相關(guān)的機(jī)器人培訓(xùn)

　　PLC Engineer PLC工程師(5名)
　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　Make PLC program and commissioning for PLC and all bus system and other related products on site;
　　Mostly solve hardware and software problem by himself;
　　Communicate with robot guys for interface and bus commissioning;
　　Make backup and documentation for customer;
　　Standby for ongoing projects and make training for customer.

　　Proposal Engineer 方案工程師 (5名)
　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　Preparation of proposal and all related proposal documentation internally and externally as required for bidding and/or quotation
　　Able to develop systematic solution to meet given criteria
　　Participating in customer/supplier technical meeting as required
　　根據(jù)投標(biāo)和(或)報(bào)價(jià)的要求來準(zhǔn)備和擬定方案及相關(guān)的內(nèi)外部文件
　　能夠按給定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來制定系統(tǒng)的解決方案

　　Project Coordinator 項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào) (3名)
　　Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)：
　　在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，協(xié)助完成項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理指定的工作
　　協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成與客戶，供應(yīng)商，內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的溝通工作
　　協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成項(xiàng)目文檔，如采購申請(qǐng)，采購合同的技術(shù)協(xié)議，會(huì)議紀(jì)要等
　　跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量，及時(shí)向項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理反饋項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際狀況
　　跟蹤項(xiàng)目采購進(jìn)度，如機(jī)加工，外購件，設(shè)備及服務(wù)等
