Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (DRAGONAIR) is an award-winning airline that is also the newest member of the Cathay Pacific Group. We provide premium services to international travellers on a growing network of passenger routes throughout Asia, with a particular focus on the China Mainland. Customer Services Officer 客務(wù)員 (Work Location: Beijing Town Office)

Job Description:

Answer telephone enquiries;
Provide passenger reservations & ticketing services;
Provide high level of customer services;
Promote Dragonair"s products and generate direct sales where possible;
Support outdoor sales and airport operations as required;
Able to perform shift duty and in company uniform.
Qualifications

University graduate in any discipline;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Good customer services & interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Airline experience is an advantage;
PRC local nationals with legal working status in Beijing and/or holding Beijing Hukou and/or working permit.
