General Purpose
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their English learning potential.

為學(xué)生營(yíng)造良好英語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，為學(xué)生制定個(gè)性化的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，實(shí)際指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的具體英語學(xué)習(xí)。

職責(zé)內(nèi)容：

1.教授英語課程，授課計(jì)劃以及準(zhǔn)備工作；
2.管理學(xué)員，包括學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況跟蹤、測(cè)驗(yàn)和考試等相關(guān)事宜 ；
3.協(xié)助校方管理，包括學(xué)員的安置及記錄考勤 ；
4.協(xié)助處理學(xué)員投訴事宜，及時(shí)反饋學(xué)員意見 ；
5.EIP系統(tǒng)學(xué)員數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)與更新 ；
6.執(zhí)行學(xué)校安排的其他相關(guān)工作 ；
7.參加包括課外活動(dòng)在內(nèi)的學(xué)校社會(huì)活動(dòng) ；
9.參加需要出席的教學(xué)研討等會(huì)議

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans
Prepare classroom for class activities
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
Provide appropriate feedback on work
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development in EIP
Participate in extracurricular activities

職位要求：
1.英語相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2.擁有專業(yè)英語八級(jí)證書或雅思考試成績(jī)達(dá)到7分或以上
3.口語流利（優(yōu)秀者在英語相關(guān)證書方面可適當(dāng)放寬）
4.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有耐心，積極，熱情
5.兩年教學(xué)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or above (English or relevant major preferred)
TEM-8 Certificate or IELTS score band 7 and up
1-2 years relevant teaching experience is preferred
