General Purpose
To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a English learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their English learning potential.

為學生營造良好英語學習環(huán)境，為學生制定個性化的學習計劃，實際指導學生的具體英語學習。

職責內容：

1.教授英語課程，授課計劃以及準備工作；
2.管理學員，包括學員學習情況跟蹤、測驗和考試等相關事宜 ；
3.協(xié)助校方管理，包括學員的安置及記錄考勤 ；
4.協(xié)助處理學員投訴事宜，及時反饋學員意見 ；
5.EIP系統(tǒng)學員數(shù)據(jù)維護與更新 ；
6.執(zhí)行學校安排的其他相關工作 ；
7.參加包括課外活動在內的學校社會活動 ；
9.參加需要出席的教學研討等會議

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans
Prepare classroom for class activities
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
Provide appropriate feedback on work
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development in EIP
Participate in extracurricular activities

職位要求：
1.英語相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷
2.擁有專業(yè)英語八級證書或雅思考試成績達到7分或以上
3.口語流利（優(yōu)秀者在英語相關證書方面可適當放寬）
4.責任心強，有耐心，積極，熱情
5.兩年教學經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or above (English or relevant major preferred)
TEM-8 Certificate or IELTS score band 7 and up
1-2 years relevant teaching experience is preferred
