職位描述：
Job Description:
1. Releasing of all sales orders in accordance with the establish credit procedures and guidelines.
2.Investigate and advise cash applicators to purge all RMAs, short payments and ensure all payments are properly purged
3. Pursue past due debts including analyzing customer aging reports and reconciling the debt at the point of order release.
4. Liaising with Warehouse on the release of goods without checks collection
5. Assist is handling Sales/customers enquiries on the status of their accounts
6. Responsible for sending Dunning letters as well as debt confirmation letters to all customers
7. Responsible for the preparation of all the documents required for Legal action and/or Insurance Claims and keeping a copy of the documents.
8. Liaising with Warehouse on the release of goods without checks upon delivery
9. Updating all recovery efforts into the NC screen.
10. Handling any ad-hoc projects assign by supervisors & Credit Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of Accounting or finanace related background;
2. 1 years+ working experience is preferred, accept fresh graduate;
3. Good communication skills and English.

Responsibilities:
1. A/P invoice matching with inventory in Impulse system and sub-ledger booking.
2. Monitor the vendor payment on time according to the contract or agreement and apply the vendor payment in the online system.
3. In charge of month-end closing in relation to AP both for Management book and statutory book with internal & external deadlines following closing schedule.
4. Prepare monthly vendor reconciliation & related AP aging report follow up and control.
5. Communication with internal department and external vendors for payment issues, follow up outstanding items
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic.
2. At least 2 year related working experience,accept fresh;
3. Good command of English & Excel
4. Open minded and good communication skill
