　　LZ-UAES-03: Equipment Engineer 設(shè)備工程師 2人
　　Location: Liuzhou 柳州
　　Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：
　　- Ensure the equipment run well, set up preventive maintenance strategy, solve critical issue of equipment, equipment improvement to enhance the general efficiency of production;
　　保證設(shè)備的良好運行，制定預(yù)防性維護的策略，處理設(shè)備疑難問題，設(shè)備改進以提高生產(chǎn)總體效率;
　　- Responsible for new equipment design, technical specification, and production line equipment installation, commissioning;
　　負責(zé)新線設(shè)備的方案設(shè)計、技術(shù)規(guī)范的制定，以及產(chǎn)線設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試;
　　- Responsible for the mechanical design of the fixture (only for mechanical equipment engineers);
　　負責(zé)工裝夾具的機械設(shè)計(僅針對機械類設(shè)備工程師)
　　- Provide the necessary training to mechanics and operators;
　　給機修工和操作工提供必要的培訓(xùn);
　　- Responsible for spare part management strategy and application.

　　Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：
　　- Production planning: make monthly production planning;
　　生產(chǎn)計劃：制定每月的生產(chǎn)需求計劃;
　　- Material planning and procurement;
　　物料計劃和訂購;
　　- Supervise suppliers’ delivery performance and support purchasing optimize logistics agreement with suppliers;
　　監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商的交付情況，幫助采購部優(yōu)化與供應(yīng)商的物流協(xié)議;
　　- Involve in the activities that can improve material planning and procurement performance.

　　- To carry out total productive maintenance based on production requirement,do machine repairing ensure smooth running of production machines,increase OEE/EU continuously,specialist task .
