通常用來問別人時(shí)究竟怎么把一件比較難辦的事情辦成的。"ever"在這里不是"曾經(jīng)"的意思，只是用來加強(qiáng)語氣。

Get somebody to do something:叫某人做某事(托福�？冀Y(jié)構(gòu))
Help somebody with something：幫助某人做某事
