  HRS 人事專員
  Human Resources Specialist
  Job Responsibilities:
  1. Follow and implement recruiting plans, maintain recruiting channels, conduct phone invitation, interview arrangement, offer release and onboard management
  2. Responsible for training and development for new recruits, follow up staff’s professional development
  3. Implement and improve the process of onboard, regularization, promotion and demission
  4. Responsible for the performance evaluation, training and employee relations maintenance
  5. Responsible for the promotion of corporate culture
  Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor degree, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  2. Command of recruitment experience, able to communicate and filter candidates independently

  1. Conduct researches in targeted industry and prepare high quality customer lists
  2. Identify clients’ needs and approach key decision-makers through professional cold calls, emails and other tools
  3. Invite potential delegates to attend the conference and manage ongoing relationship with them
  4. Provide on-site coordination and services to all the attendees
  Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor degree, majoring in English, Business or Management preferred
  2. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin
  3. Good at market analysis and problem solving
  4. Extrovert, Proactive and Result driven

  Qualifications:
