First of all, class's and grade's image should be taken on a new look. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the high class some students literary accomplishment, to create a literary atmosphere of the class. Columns, one of the academician courtyard, every week students spontaneously to write some articles, which shall be elected by students posted in this section. In fact, this may at first I anticipated has the certain difficulty, but to my unexpected students works not only rich but also have content. Such as serial, lyric prose, fiction, and so on. Two, I according to the two columns "win in China" designed, mainly used to record the class and every student achievement obtained, or to participate in the activities. 跟隨著自己的第二批學(xué)生進(jìn)入到初二，忽然感覺思路打開了一樣，一系列的想法像是雨后春筍般地涌了出來，讓自己的每一天都那樣的充實(shí)而又快樂！
一個班級要想得到長久的發(fā)展，必須要有班級同學(xué)值得自豪的東西！當(dāng)他們在遇到其他同學(xué)時，可以毫不猶豫的說出班級的特色與自己在班級中的幸福，抑或是自己在班級中揮灑才華的地方，我想，他們能夠值得炫耀的，或許就是班級文化吧！所以開學(xué)之處，我就在著力打造初二一班的班級特色。
首先，班級的形象應(yīng)該煥然一新。第一周的周末我便跟學(xué)生說出了自己的想法，學(xué)生自發(fā)的將一些花草盆景或者是養(yǎng)的小金魚拿到班級中，作為大家每天都能夠欣賞的景觀。美麗的班級會給學(xué)生帶來自豪感和責(zé)任心，借此機(jī)會我還教育他們怎樣去愛護(hù)、去珍惜。在每一天里，都會發(fā)生學(xué)生與班級景觀的故事，將這些故事總結(jié)起來，將給大家聽，班級的凝聚力會驟然增強(qiáng)！學(xué)生也能夠身心愉悅的投入到學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中。
其次，針對班級部分學(xué)生文學(xué)素養(yǎng)高的特點(diǎn)，建立一個文學(xué)氛圍濃厚的班級。同樣也是第一周的時間，我吩咐學(xué)生將班級的墻報進(jìn)行“大變臉”。欄目之一－－《翰林院》，每周學(xué)生自發(fā)寫一些文章，由同學(xué)推選張貼到這個板塊當(dāng)中。其實(shí)，一開始我預(yù)料到這可能有一定的難度，可令我意想不到的是學(xué)生的作品不僅豐富而且有內(nèi)容。如連載小說、抒情散文、科幻小說等等。當(dāng)學(xué)生的作品張貼出來之時，他們有一種發(fā)自內(nèi)心的自豪感！欄目之二－－《在路上－－贏在。二一》，我根據(jù)中央二的欄目《贏在中國》設(shè)計出來的，主要用來記錄班級以及每個學(xué)生所取得成績，或者是參加的活動。將每一次活動的體驗(yàn)與收獲掛在欄目當(dāng)中，來激勵班級的所有同學(xué)參與的積極性。因?yàn)槲覐墓ぷ鲀赡甑捏w驗(yàn)中深深感受到?jīng)]有斗志便沒有進(jìn)步。我想同學(xué)們也會踏著堅(jiān)定的步伐不斷進(jìn)步，班級蘊(yùn)含的能量也會逐步被激發(fā)出來。
