德語/法語/意大利語/日語賣/英語 賣家支持專員
賣家支持專員是亞馬遜和其商業(yè)伙伴的主要接口,負責給歐洲四國(法德意西)海外亞馬遜平臺上銷售的商家提供專業(yè),高質(zhì)量,及時有效的業(yè)務(wù)支持。賣家客服專員將致力于解決長期的系統(tǒng)問題,推動流程改進,開發(fā)內(nèi)部文檔,為團隊環(huán)境貢獻力量,同時完成電話和郵件問題的服務(wù)級別。
工作職責:
1.與業(yè)務(wù)伙伴進行清晰,簡潔,禮貌的溝通,包括書面溝通和口頭溝通。
2.在德語/法語/意大利語任意一種語言環(huán)境下,理解并正確使用多種軟件工具瀏覽瀏覽帳戶,排除故障,解決問題。
3.相關(guān)知識,正確使用部門資源,政策和流程。
4.優(yōu)秀的電話控制能力,確保有效溝通,專業(yè)服務(wù),和有效信息。
5.積極勤奮的完成工作進度,確保能提供適時地支持。
6.積極尋求解決方案和定位問題,適時升級問題以尋求解決方案或建議,從而使問題得到解決。
基本要求:
1.本科同等及以上學(xué)歷,德語/法語/意大利語相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.一至三年客戶服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗或相關(guān)技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。可以接受輪休工作.
3.熟練使用Microsoft Outlook和MS Office Excel及其它Office應(yīng)用程序。
4.優(yōu)秀的邏輯思考能力和判斷并解決問題能力。
5.認真負責,做事追求效率,講求團隊貢獻。
6.在競爭環(huán)境中,能夠按時完成內(nèi)部和外部的多重工作任務(wù)。
7.熟練的德語/法語/意大利語其中一種語言讀寫能力,良好的英語讀寫能力。
工作時間:9:00am-6:00pm, 每2-3個月會輪到一周晚班時間為2:00pm-11:00pm (可在家辦公) ,周末或節(jié)假日可能會值班(安排調(diào)休)

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
• Clear, crisp and proactive documentation of operational procedures required to tackle known risk related.
Problem Solving Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance, and analyze problems logically including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
• Self-disciplined, quick self-learning, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent.
Others:
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Flexible schedule, including willingness to work on one of the days on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day. Your shift will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday, and may work at night shift.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement.
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, payments & banking (especially China-specific) domain or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with operation process enhancement, data analysis and workflow optimization
• Experience with Buyer Protection Services, Merchant Trust Services is highly preferred.
