根據(jù)托福主辦方ETS的通知，自2018年9月1日起，調(diào)整托福網(wǎng)考和相關(guān)服務的收費標準，其中將包括增值稅。此前已在個人賬戶中預存考試費但未成功報名的考生，須按調(diào)整后的收費標準補足差額后方可報名；已繳納考試費并成功報名的考生將不受此次考試費調(diào)整影響。 　　

　　Upon ETS notification, TOEFL ibt and other service fees will be adjusted to include VAT starting Sep 1, 2018. The new fees will apply only to those trying to register after the effective time and will not affect those already registered. For test takers trying to register after Sep 1, 2018, please make sure you have enough amount in your account.
