學(xué)院簡(jiǎn)介About the College
蘇州百年職業(yè)學(xué)院是蘇州科技大學(xué)與加拿大百年理工學(xué)院經(jīng)江蘇省人民政府批準(zhǔn)、教育部備案而創(chuàng)立的,全國(guó)的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的中外合作辦學(xué)高職院校。根據(jù)學(xué)院發(fā)展規(guī)劃,計(jì)劃在五年內(nèi)引進(jìn)150名左右的專任教師,為把學(xué)院辦成中外合作培養(yǎng)水平達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)一流的高職院校提供人才支撐。
Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and it was registered with China’s Ministry of Education according to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The College is to introduce 150 faculties worldwide in the following 5 years with the purpose of providing powerful human resources support for the College to reach the goal of being one of the top international colleges in higher vocational education in China.
一、教師要求與條件Requirements for Teaching Staff
(一)基本要求Basic Requirements
1、遵紀(jì)守法,品行端正,為人師表;
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具備履行崗位職責(zé)應(yīng)有的基本知識(shí)、技能及素質(zhì);
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身體符合崗位要求;
With good physical conditions;
4、能熟練使用英語(yǔ)授課;
Ability to teach in English proficiently;
5、能夠全職履職 。
Be able to take up full time job.
(二)資歷條件Qualification Requirements
1、取得海內(nèi)外知名高校碩士及以上學(xué)位。
Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.
2、原則上年齡在45周歲以內(nèi)。
3、具有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)術(shù)積累,或有豐富的行業(yè)企業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.
4、具備以下條件之一,優(yōu)先考慮:
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
(1)具有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)組織能力和學(xué)術(shù)研究能力,有一定研究成果;
Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;
(2)具有中級(jí)以上技術(shù)職務(wù)或相關(guān)職業(yè)資格。
Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.
(3)在行業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有較高知名度,在產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合、人才培養(yǎng)等方面具有較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.
(4)有海外教育背景或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Have overseas education or work background.
二、教師的基本職責(zé)Basic Job Responsibilities
1、課程教學(xué):承擔(dān)學(xué)校開設(shè)課程的教學(xué)任務(wù),力求獲得良好的教學(xué)效果。
Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students’ coursework, set and mark examinations.
2、教書育人:承擔(dān)對(duì)學(xué)生的思想、品德和作風(fēng)教育責(zé)任,言傳身教,為人師表,
Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning.
3、實(shí)踐教學(xué):承擔(dān)實(shí)驗(yàn)課、實(shí)訓(xùn)課的指導(dǎo),學(xué)生下企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)和管理。
Supervise students’ research activities.
4、教學(xué)建設(shè):參與課程開發(fā)、教材建設(shè)等工作。
Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials.
5、教學(xué)與學(xué)術(shù)研究:參與教學(xué)研究,以及本專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)研究。
Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication.
6、企業(yè)與社會(huì)實(shí)踐:參與校企合作、企業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),提高專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力。
Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations.

四、引進(jìn)待遇Compensation
1、提供良好的薪資待遇條件,包括基本工資、績(jī)效工資、崗位津貼、院齡津貼、獎(jiǎng)金以及特別獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等,具體待遇面議。
Provide competitive remuneration package, including basic salary, performance salary, position allowance, seniority allowance, annual performance bonus, and special reward, etc..

HR contacts the applicant before the interview.
3、學(xué)院面試考核,確定候選人。
The interview panel arranges interview and nominates the candidates.
4、學(xué)院研究確定錄取人員。
The College makes the hiring decision.
5、學(xué)院與應(yīng)聘人員簽訂勞動(dòng)(聘用)合同。
The College offers the employment and signs the contract with the candidates.
