No body could deny the fact that trust is the foot-stone for a profit-making organization in every walk of life. Against the background of an era featured by increasing commercialization and digitization, it is exceedingly crucial to build trust between businesses and consumers.
At the top of the list, trust can lay a solid foundation for commercial activities. If businesses fail to establish trust between themselves and their consumers, customers will lack purchasing confidence when the businesses provide goods and services, with these organizations suffering a great loss in finance ; therefore, it does great harm to businesses if they abuse the trust. More importantly, in a netted world,if a company has a dishonest attitude toward its customer, the adverse side-effect of such dishonesty can spread at a high speed beyond imagination, which can exert devastating consequences on the business even the whole commercial atmosphere.
Taking into account what has been argued above, we may safely arrive at a conclusion that businesses should take a leading role in establishing customers trust: to be honest to their consumers. Undoubtedly, it is sensible for commercial organizations to keep in mind that honesty is the best policy, because where is trust, there is money.

沒(méi)有人能夠否認(rèn)誠(chéng)信是各行各業(yè)盈利機(jī)構(gòu)的基石。處于日益商業(yè)化和電子化的時(shí)代背景之下,建立企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者之間的信任至關(guān)重要。
首先,信任可以為商業(yè)活動(dòng)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。如果企業(yè)沒(méi)有建立自己與消費(fèi)者之間的信任,那么企業(yè)在提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)時(shí),消費(fèi)者就會(huì)喪失購(gòu)買信心,企業(yè)就要承受巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此,如果企業(yè)濫用信任會(huì)帶來(lái)極大危害。更為重要的是,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,如果一家企業(yè)欺騙消費(fèi)者,這樣不誠(chéng)信的行為會(huì)以難以想象的速度快速傳播,從而對(duì)企業(yè)甚至整個(gè)商業(yè)環(huán)境造成致命傷害。
將以上分析考慮在內(nèi),,我們大可以得出一個(gè)結(jié)論:企業(yè)應(yīng)該在建立消費(fèi)者信任上起主 導(dǎo)作用,也就是要誠(chéng)信面對(duì)消費(fèi)者。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn),企業(yè)應(yīng)該將誠(chéng)信為本謹(jǐn)記于心,因?yàn)橛行湃蔚牡胤骄陀欣麧?rùn)。

Studies have shown that many consumers would buy products of the brands they trust. That is, consumers’ loyalty would definitely influence the decisions. When buying a product even just a snack, people would prefer the more popular and familiar one like Snickers than other brands. At least, it would not disappoint you when you are hungry. Similarly, companies could receive the credit by providing commodities with reliable quality. It allows the Snickers to increase sales steadily.
Establishing trust is one of the most important factors in any business’s success. So it is no doubt to say that keeping this healthy relationship between the two parties is the pivot of consumption. (158字)
