一．ASA（準(zhǔn)精算師）資格要求：
在新的體系下，SOA要求完成初級(jí)教育課程考試（包括四門考試和VEE課程）、精算實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)課程（FAP）和準(zhǔn)會(huì)員職業(yè)課程（APC），才能獲得準(zhǔn)會(huì)員資格，也即我們說(shuō)的準(zhǔn)精算師資格。
1.初級(jí)教育課程考試（Preliminary Education Examinations）
Exam P：概率及相關(guān)知識(shí)考試，考試時(shí)間3小時(shí)；
Exam MF：金融數(shù)理基礎(chǔ)，主要是涉及利息理論和金融經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)介紹，考試時(shí)間2小時(shí)；
Exam M：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型，主要涉及人壽保險(xiǎn)常用模型，總體損失模型，考試時(shí)間4小時(shí)；
Exam C：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型的建立和評(píng)價(jià)，涉及模型擬合和可信度理論（Credibility theory）, 考試時(shí)間4小時(shí)。
2.VEE課程（Validated by Educational Experience）
該課程是針對(duì)那些在學(xué)校已修過(guò)相關(guān)課程的人士，他們可以憑課程證明獲得學(xué)分。課程包括公司財(cái)務(wù)，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)應(yīng)用。對(duì)于沒(méi)有在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)相關(guān)課程，或者SOA不認(rèn)證你所在學(xué)校所提供的課程的人士，仍然可以通過(guò)考試來(lái)獲得相應(yīng)的VEE學(xué)分。可密切關(guān)注CAS提供的考試（TRANSITIONAL EXAMS）http://www.casact.org/admissions/news/vffexams.htm
這個(gè)考試8月會(huì)舉行，通過(guò)考試的人仍可以得到VEE的學(xué)分。
3.精算實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)（Fundamentals of Actuarial Practice）
這部分考試內(nèi)容分為8個(gè)模塊，分成兩個(gè)考試，第一個(gè)考試涵蓋第1到第5個(gè)模塊的內(nèi)容，第二個(gè)考試涵蓋第6到8個(gè)模塊的內(nèi)容，這兩個(gè)考試與原來(lái)考試體系下的course 5和course 6相似。

Module 4: Solutions to Selected Actuarial Problems
Module 5: Design and Pricing of an Actuarial Solution

4.準(zhǔn)會(huì)員職業(yè)課程（APC）
準(zhǔn)會(huì)員職業(yè)課程（APC）這部分內(nèi)容與原來(lái)考試體系沒(méi)有差異。
二．總結(jié)：
考試的根本內(nèi)容沒(méi)有改變---即原有考試要求的基本概念，定義，定理，公式在新的考試制度之下仍然是考點(diǎn)。只是COURSE1、2、3、4變成了COURSE P、FM、M、C，和VEE課程。
