今年兩個學(xué)校的錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相對于以往，也有了一些變化，HEC的錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更為嚴(yán)苛，而ESSEC則側(cè)重綜合素質(zhì)的評價。
兩所學(xué)校公布的申請材料上，其實并沒有太大的差別，不過可以明顯看到，ESSEC對于雅思做了最低分?jǐn)?shù)要求6.5分。

然而在今年的實際情況中，據(jù)同學(xué)們反映，HEC招生目前首先審查學(xué)生的以往畢業(yè)院校，中國學(xué)生在申請時，非“985”、“211”院校畢業(yè)，基本不會有機(jī)會進(jìn)入初試;相對而言，ESSEC的門檻則會低很多，不會過于看重學(xué)生的畢業(yè)院校。
另外一方面，根據(jù)錄取的同學(xué)們的反映，今年錄取的學(xué)生成績都很高，相比以往有顯著提升，具體情況大概如下：GMAT，HEC在750分以上，ESSEC為720分以上;雅思均7分以上;HEC錄取的學(xué)生均分大概為85分以上。
在專業(yè)指標(biāo)外，HEC與ESSEC也都十分注重學(xué)生的經(jīng)歷，他們也都不僅注重大公司的實習(xí)，也青睞于那些有NGO等項目的經(jīng)歷的學(xué)生，注重學(xué)生經(jīng)歷的多樣性。不同的是，成功申請到HEC的學(xué)生基本都具有優(yōu)異的成績以及出眾的實習(xí)、工作經(jīng)歷(如一些學(xué)生可能從大一開始實習(xí));而成功申請到ESSEC的學(xué)生可能并沒有10分優(yōu)秀的成績，但其經(jīng)歷彌補(bǔ)了成績的不足，也能夠順利入學(xué)。這也是兩所學(xué)校風(fēng)格上的不同。
