Nowadays, people pay more attention to the children's education. With this great care，the students, especially the undergraduates, cheat in the exams, even in the undergraduate thesis. Thus, the loss of good faith results in a great many problems in our society.
如今，人們更加看重子女的教育。在這種關(guān)懷下，學(xué)生們?cè)诳荚囍凶鞅�，甚至在畢業(yè)論文中抄襲，尤其是本科生。這樣，誠信的淪喪導(dǎo)致了我們社會(huì)的許多重大問題。
First of all, cheating will lead to an unfair competition, which will prevent the students from studying hard. They will think that the grades are gained so easily that they need not spending much time in leaming. Second, cheating will endaoger the students in the long run, for without learning students will learn little things in the college and they are not able to meet the need of the society after they take up a job. Last but not least, cheating will pose a great threat to our society, because it is a kind of loss of good faith and definitely will slow down the progress of our society.

在大學(xué)校園里，學(xué)生逃課的現(xiàn)象并不少見。常常有一些學(xué)生因不舒服或其他私人原因而逃課。此外，還有一些學(xué)生只因不想上課而無故曠課。
There are two main reasons for college students skip classes. First, compared with in middle school, students have more freedom in college. It depends more on one student's consciousness whether he will attend the class. So those students lacking self-discipline begin to skip classes. Secood, some teachers' classes could not attract students' interests so that some students would rather skip classes to study what they are interested in.
大學(xué)生逃課主要有兩個(gè)原因。第一，與中學(xué)相比，大學(xué)生有更多的自由空間。是否去上課更多地要看學(xué)生的自覺性。因此，那些缺乏自律的學(xué)生就開始逃課。其次，一些教師上的課無法引起學(xué)生的興趣，致使一些學(xué)生寧愿逃課來學(xué)習(xí)他們感興趣的東西。
For whatever reasons, skipping classes does bring negative effects on students' study. Therefore, it is necessary to take some effective measures to reduce this phenomenon. On the one hand, the school and teachers should make students realize the negative effects of skipping classes and increase their consciousness of attending the class. Required class attendance is so common at colleges and universities that many teachers and even students themselves simply assume it is a good thing. In fact, required class attendance does more harm than good
要求上課出勤率在學(xué)院和大學(xué)變得如此普遍，以至于許多老師甚至是學(xué)生自己都認(rèn)為這是件好事。其實(shí)，要求上謀出勤率是弊大于利。
There are several reasons that teachers should not require attendance. First, rigid attendance policies do not benefit students' studies. For example, a student may have to give up a lecture which he finds important to his studies simply because of rigid attendance polices which is a contributing factor to his course performance. Second, the lectures of some teachers are not always constructive. A student should be allowed to decide for himself whether an in-class experience is worthwhile when his teacher merely repeats material from the textbook or wastes class time by telling irrelevant stories. Finally and most importantly, there is no proven correlation between attendance and performance in a course. A student may never miss a single attendance in a course, but it doesn't mean that he has acquired the knowledge of this course.
