一、公司介紹
　　法國(guó)阿爾卡特公司和美國(guó)朗訊公司于2006年12月2日在巴黎發(fā)表聯(lián)合聲明，宣布兩家公司已正式簽署合并協(xié)議。阿爾卡特公司將以換股方式收購(gòu)朗訊公司股份，收購(gòu)價(jià)高達(dá)111億歐元(約合134億美元)。在合并
　　阿爾卡特朗訊后的新集團(tuán)中，阿爾卡特和朗訊分別持有60%和40%的股份。新集團(tuán)總部將設(shè)在巴黎。兩家公司合并后將成為僅次于美國(guó)思科公司的全球第二大電信設(shè)備制造企業(yè)，其年?duì)I業(yè)額可望達(dá)到210億歐元，公司市值約達(dá)300億歐元。

　　二、招聘崗位
　　Telecommunication SW Design and Test Engineer
　　Job Description:
　　Contribute to Telecommunication products evolution and development strategy
　　Responsible for software system engineering, software development and validation testing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, according to new customer requested or innovated functionality in R&D organization
　　Technical support for issues reported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug

　　Qualifications:
　　Education background: Bachelor, Master or above. Major in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related
　　Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
　　Basic knowledge of Telecommunication System and Protocol knowledge
　　Good programming expertise in Linux/Unix
　　Good expertise in software development/testing with C/C++, JAVA, XML, Shell programming
　　Familiar with database (MySQL, Oracle etc.)
　　Telecom protocol/ IT knowledge is preferred, such as HTTP/SMPP/WAP/DIAMETER, SOAP/REST etc.
　　Good knowledge of software development process, software product life cycle. Software methodologies such as OOD and UML is preferred
　　Basic knowledge of embedded systems and real time application development is preferred
